Does SchoolInc provide separate portals for parents and students?
Yes. Students and parents have dedicated access to the information relevant to them. Parents can keep track of their children's academic progress and attendance, while students can access their own academic information.
Do you provide staff training?
Yes! A comprehensive, step-by-step training for every staff role is included at no extra cost. We train your staff, so each person learns exactly the workflows they use day-to-day. Training runs over secure video calls or in-person and we record every session so new hires can onboard themselves later without us re-running the same workshop. We have also made the site very intuitive for anyone to use.
Can more than one parent or guardian get access to the same student?
Yes. A registrar can link any number of guardians to one student record, each with their own login. Every linked guardian sees the same attendance, scores and teacher messages, and can be individually removed if custody or contact details change.
How much does it cost?
SchoolInc pricing is per student per term, in Naira — so a small Nursery and a large Secondary School each pay only for the students they actually have.
